First premise: This unit boasts dimensions of 65m², featuring direct access to the shopping center’s garage.

Second premise: This space spans 284 m² and offers access from both the shopping center’s garage and the rear area.

Third premise: The largest of the three, this unit covers 300m² and is situated at the rear of the shopping center. It includes a ramp for forklifts and several small rooms within the same space.

Costa del Silencio

Along the rocky coast in the south of Tenerife are the towns Costa del Silencio and Las Galletas. As its name suggests, the Costa del Silencio is a very quiet place.

Located in the Montaña Amarilla Nature Reserve, you can enjoy nature and beautiful walks along the coast, where you can find small bays for swimming. Costa del Silencio offers everything for daily use, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafes.

Las Galletas is the second largest town. There is a small port where you can buy fresh fish and where there are several restaurants by the sea. In the charming center of the village you will find many small shops, cafes and supermarkets.

Las Galletas beach with its fine sand offers plenty of space, is located next to the harbor and is perfect for swimming. The tourist centers of Playa de las Américas and Costa Adeje can be reached on foot, in about 10-15 minutes by car.

The airport is just minutes away.
